Computational and experimental geochemist investigating the behavior and sequestration mechanisms of carbon. I have studied the behavior of carbon (and other volatile elements) in silicate melts, high-pressure crystalline phases of Earth's deep interior, and in agricultural soils. Today, I work with a team of geoscientists and engineers at Arca Climate to help develop new methods to promote carbon mineralization and sequestration in industrial waste.
